Why Build Your Clinical Career Here

Our offices are bright, welcoming places designed with children in mind, and the same warmth carries over to how we support our clinical team. We are committed to creating an environment where every clinician feels valued, supported, and able to grow.

A Mission That Matters

We help children develop good lifelong dental habits and create positive experiences that ease dental anxiety for years to come. Your clinical work here genuinely shapes the way an entire generation of patients feels about caring for their teeth.

Modern Clinical Care

We stay current with the latest diagnostic and treatment procedures, and we were one of the first pediatric practices in the area to incorporate hard and soft tissue dental lasers into everyday care. You will work alongside experienced pediatric dentists and orthodontists using up-to-date technology and evidence-based techniques.

A Team That Feels Like Family

From our dentists and orthodontists to our hygienists and assistants, we work together with patience, humor, and mutual respect. New clinical team members are mentored, encouraged, and set up to succeed from day one.

Room to Grow

We invest in continuing education and professional development so that our clinicians can keep growing alongside the practice. With six offices throughout central and coastal New Jersey, we also offer scheduling flexibility and opportunities that fit a variety of commutes.

We welcome applications and inquiries for a range of clinical positions, including:

  • Associate Pediatric Dentists
  • Orthodontists
